At the Food Safety Commission of Japan (hereinafter referred to as "FSCJ"), we are collecting information from authors and reviewers for Food Safety, the Official Journal of FSCJ (hereinafter referred to as "the Journal") in areas necessary to the smooth operation of the editorial process and the delivery of information about the Journal. Information acquired will be handled appropriately within the scope of the purposes of use.

(1) We collect names, affiliations, email addresses, and other necessary items of all authors and reviewers for the purpose of editorial process.
